By accessing or using NutraJeev (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

NutraJeev provides free health calculators, nutrition tools, healing recipes, and optional AI-powered personalised meal plans. The Service is available via our website at nutrajeev.com.

NutraJeev is not a medical service. All tools, calculators, recipes, and meal plans are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional — such as a registered dietitian, physician, or Ayurvedic practitioner — before making changes to your diet, especially if you have existing health conditions, are pregnant, or are managing medications.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may maintain only one free account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

5. Free Tools & Content

Our health tools (BMI calculator, TDEE calculator, dosha quiz, etc.) are provided free of charge. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, systematically download, or redistribute tool outputs without our written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on NutraJeev — including text, recipes, tool designs, illustrations, and code — is the property of NutraJeev or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Recipes from “Two Sciences One Plate” are used under licence.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content through the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service in an automated manner
• Impersonate NutraJeev or its team in any communication
• Use tool results to provide medical advice to third parties

8. Limitation of Liability

NutraJeev is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutraJeev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to health outcomes resulting from following tool outputs or meal plan recommendations.

9. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure our nutritional data (sourced from ICMR-NIN, IFCT, and peer-reviewed research) is accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. Nutritional values can vary based on preparation methods, ingredient sourcing, and individual factors. Always cross-reference with a qualified professional for critical health decisions.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
